We measure the bike down to the millimetre.
Yet all too often, we overlook the body.

We measure the bike down to the millimetre. Yet all too often, we overlook the body.

A bike can only ask of a body what the body can give. Restricted hips, a locked ribcage, a side that never loads — no millimetre of setback fixes that.

Whether you want a more comfortable commute or to hold an aero position for longer without your back aching, we work on both your body and your bike to help you reach your goals.

01

Body-first assessment

Movement screening before a single bolt is touched. We find out what your body can actually do.

02

Clinical background

Professional sport experience, private training and manual therapy practice.

03

Built to last

You leave with a corrective plan, not just a freshly fitted bike. The gains hold long after the session ends.

Movement screening in the studio

Bikes get measured to the millimetre. Bodies rarely get measured at all.

The process

Four steps. One session.

01

Movement & mobility assessment

Hands-on evaluation of hips, ribcage, breathing mechanics and asymmetries. What your body can do decides what the bike should ask of it.

02

Bike & position analysis

Full biomechanical fit using 3D motion analysis: saddle height and setback, reach, stack, cleat position, seat contact points using Gebiomized seat pressure mapping, on-bike observation under load.

03

Corrective intervention

Manual therapy plus targeted exercise when needed, aimed at the restriction that's actually limiting the position — not a workaround.

04

Final fit & follow-up

The bike is dialled in around the improved body. You go home with a written plan and a follow-up check.

Hands-on assessment during a fitting session

A position you can't hold isn't a fit.
It's a compromise.

About Ian

Ian Oskar Katanec

Manual therapist and movement coach based in Ljubljana. Studio owner, active cyclist and mentor to other coaches.

Professional sport background, including work with a national soccer team.

Bike fitting is where that work and experience meets the bike: the same assessment used with pro athletes, applied to the position you hold for hours at a time.

It started personally. Training and racing road and gravel himself, Ian went looking for a better position — and wasn't satisfied with what the market offered. So he built it: biomechanics, cycling and manual therapy combined into one way of working.
